What is your shipping policy?
Please allow 5-7 business days for your order to arrive. Holidays could potentially affect shipping. In the case that your package would take longer than expected, we will be in contact with you as soon as possible. If you are wanting to expedite an order please send us an email so that we can try our best to accommodate. Additional shipping costs may apply. Please note that orders are packed and shipped on Monday and Wednesday.
Returns & Exchanges
Online Purchases: You have up to 15 days from the date of receipt to return any item for a refund on your credit card. We are not able to provide exchanges for online purchases and we can not refund any item that has been substantially used. We cannot accept returns on promotional items. Kit Bar products must be returned in it's entirety. Please email email@example.com to receive your Return Order Form. Shipping charges for returned items will be the responsibility of the customer.
